Hello everyone I need help pls
My pc build 2023.12.15 work fine, all parts tested 2-3 days and work perfectly.
(All driver installed on motherboard and bios etc.. I have a Windows 10 Pro / my pc is work fine.
- Case: CORSAIR 5000D Airflow
- Mb: ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI
- Cpu: Intel Core i7-14700K
- Ram: Kingston FURY Renegade 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 6000MHz KF560C32RSK2-64
- Vga: ASUS TUF GAMING GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB OC
- Coller: ASUS ROG STRIX LC II 360
- SSD - 2X Samsung 980 PRO with Heatsink) MZ-V8P1T0 1TB
- HDD: WD Blue 3,5", 2TB, 7200RPM
For the last time Januar I used usb pendrive (JetFlash Transcend 16GB USB) and Maxtor M3 External HDD Portable 1TB work ok
- February is not working, I don't know what could have caused the error maybe windows update?
- All usb port deleted and instal again, work ok.
- I plugged and I checked it motherboard all usb port and case ports, not showing pendrive and M3
- I plugged all ports my phone work fine
- I added old pc pendrive and M3 work ok
- I watched lot of youtube videos but it didn't help 😞

I apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.
May I ask if you have used an extension cable or an adapter when connecting external storage devices?
Have you tried connecting storage devices other than a USB pendrive and an external HDD?
Could you confirm your current OS version, OS build, and BIOS version?
If you haven't updated to the latest version 1904 released on February 16, 2024, please consider updating and clearing CMOS before rechecking again.
If the issue persists, could you please provide any error messages along with a complete screenshot of Device Manager (including USB ports)?
