ASUS ROG Strix z690-E All USB ports disconnect randomly

As the header says, I have had this issue (most commonly shows up when on discord and hopping between channels.) Every USB input just disconnects and reconnects a few seconds later. Keyboard, mouse, headset, mousepad, video, even the RGB headers in the case. 

I have tried turning off power management, updating bios, changing the PCIe in the bios. And I am just lost on what else to do.

Could you please confirm if the issue has improved or been resolved after cross-testing with another PSU?
If it persists, could you please share the requested information via PM?

I will be purchasing a PSU this week. I havent been able to catch it on video, not for lack of trying, but it is completely random. When I get the PSU and put it in i can get your the serial number for the PSU, and possibly GPU. I still have the mobo box. @Jiaszzz_ROG
