As the header says, I have had this issue (most commonly shows up when on discord and hopping between channels.) Every USB input just disconnects and reconnects a few seconds later. Keyboard, mouse, headset, mousepad, video, even the RGB headers in the case.
I have tried turning off power management, updating bios, changing the PCIe in the bios. And I am just lost on what else to do.

Hello, @Ursoc
Could you confirm if the described issue occurs only during Discord execution, or has it also happened in other scenarios, such as during game loading or software startup?
Do devices connected to both front and rear USB ports on the motherboard disconnect and immediately reconnect simultaneously?
Is the current BIOS version 3401 and the Intel ME version 16.1.30.2307?
By "turning off power management," do you mean changing power mode and plan under Windows?
We suggest referring to the steps outlined in [Windows 11/10] Troubleshooting - USB Functionality Issues, and if the issue persists, please consider resetting the PC while keeping your files and then checking again.
Thank you.

It happening with discord is the most common. But it has happened while launching games or closing games.
Yes, all USB devices and RGB in the case go at once, and they all come back within a few seconds.
By turning off power management, I mean going into device manager and untick the box below.

Since that post @Jiaszzz_ROG I have updated the bios, and still does happen. It happen before and after resetting, So I'm not sure if its just a bad board, and overload of processing or graphical things. I doubt its a lack of power as i have a 1000W PSU. I just want to try to find a solution before i buy another Mobo.

Hello, @Ursoc
Due to the ongoing local holidays in our area, my response time may experience delays.
I apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.
May I inquire whether the described issue persists in Safe Mode?
Have you attempted to perform a system restore to eliminate any potential software or configuration anomalies?
Additionally, we recommend trying to cross-test the PSU and checking whether the USB connectors and power cables on the motherboard are correctly connected.
Thank you.

I am unable to do replicate it in Safe mode, not because it wont happen, but because even with 'safe mode with networking enabled' I have no internet, and discord is the only sure fire way i can test it, and I don't know when it will happen, as it is random.
if it does it on a fresh restore, it will happen whether i do a system restore or not.
I have just purchased a new PSU to test with, I will report back after i install it and put it through its paces.

Hello, @Ursoc
Thank you for your explanation.
May I ask if you have referred to [Windows 11/10] Change Power mode and plan, and further check "Power mode and plan > Change advanced power settings" to ensure there are no further adjustments limiting devices?
Could you please provide screenshots of the power management settings and the USB input devices in Device Manager and share a comprehensive video recording of the issue for us to conduct further verification?
For instance, monitoring the temperature changes of hardware components such as CPU and GPU during usage, along with the simultaneous disconnection of all USB devices (including those connected to the front and rear panels), followed by a restoration of connections after a short period.
Meanwhile, I have PM you earlier, please check your message inbox at your convenience in the upper right corner.
Thank you.

I will attempt to catch a video, but as i have said time and time again, it is random, And it happens so fast, (10 seconds or so total) I can not guarantee i will be able to get it on video. Unless i just set up a camera permanently behind me, which i am not willing to do. There is no surefire way for me to make it happen, i just know where it happens most often, but again, its random.
