ASUS ROG STRIX X870-A - 10 G USB port issues

So, i have this weird issue on my motherboard that when i plug my peripherals in to the 10 G USB Slot, it would disconnect then reconnect. This repeats until i unplug the device and replug them in. Once i do that then the pheripherals function normally. (Luckly)

But i fear that this might escalate and it will one day not allow my pheripherals to connect.
I had updated my bios version and had checked armoury crate and Asus driver hub, everything is updated.
Can someone let me know what to do next ?

Should i open my device manager and delete some drivers ?
Only the 10 G USB are having this issues, The 5 G USB are all fine
