Hello,
My PC ran smooth when i decided to tweak the bios. After some tweaking in the bios, saved the config and reboot. Then the PC booted, bios showed up and then the Asus logo with loading loading symbol showed up. Then the loading icon went stuck. After 5 minutes i decided to hold the power and reboot. Now it showed again the asus logo with loading symbol, and got some disk repair. After that i got the Asus logo and and now it keeps getting stuck there. The motherboard code jumps to 28, then sometimes 29, 27 or 26 and keeps jumping between these but mainly on 27.
I still can enter the bios, but not boot further.
Tried reset CMOS, update bios to newest version again, all possebilities of RAM placement positions. Waited for 10-15 minutes.
Also openend CPU and no burn/bent pins or strange things to notice.
Specs
ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI
9800 x3d SP112
Lexar DDR5 Ares RGB 2x16GB 6000 LD5BU016G-R6000GDLA
Is there anybody who can help me diagnose my PC? Is the CPU or RAM damaged?
Please let me know what steps i can follow to diagnose.
Thanks in advance and best,
Ivar

Hello @Ivarys
I'm glad you were able to pinpoint the problem.
When encountering a situation where the system fails to boot and displays a Q-code, in addition to referring to the relevant FAQ guidance, clearing CMOS or re-flashing the BIOS, we also recommend checking the hardware connections, reseating, or cross-testing with the components as troubleshooting steps.
If you encounter any further difficulties or have any concerns, please feel free to DM me anytime.
Thank you.

Hello @Jiaszzz_ROG
Sadly, when i tried to tweak again later, i ran into the same issue. Getting stuck at the asus loading after the bios.
I have the feeling that this might be an windows 11 issue, but im not sure.
Like i did a lot of testing, the issue was really strange.
Now i had this issue again i tought; i just replace the CPU and its fixed, but now it wasnt fixed...
AFter 1,5 hour of rebooting, booting from USB, trying to repair something, it sudden fixed it self.
I always have to reset the windows 11 pincode... Idk, but really anoying that i cannot edit the bios.
Any ideas?
Best,
Ivarys
