G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 Model F5-7800J3646H16GX2-TZ5RK

AMD Ryzen 7 8700G - Ryzen 7 8000-G Series 8-Core 4.2 GHz Socket AM5 65W AMD Radeon 780M Processor

When I start it up I get a yellow light for Qled . I have moved the ram all around with the same results. I Did the bios update 2413..

The monitor show no input on hdmi. Can anyone tell what I am doing wrong ?

Hello, how long are you leaving the system? Initially, it can take 1-2 minutes to complete POST procedures.

If the system hangs with DRAM QLED lit, try reseating the CPU and inspecting the CPU pin pad for any debris or socket damage. Remount the CPU and ensure even mounting pressure.

Took it apart , found no problems . Put it back together ,same problems. Is there an easy way to determine what par t is bad?

Hello, @CompuMage

May I inquire whether your memory is installed in the DIMM_A2 and B2 slots as recommended in the user manual?
If a single module is installed in DIMM_A2, does the system still fail to boot or no display?

Is the HDMI connected to the rear panel of the motherboard? If cross-testing with a different DP cable, do you observe any differences?
Based on your described scenario, we recommend referring to the corresponding guidelines in [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators.
Additionally, please ensure that all hardware installations align with the guidelines provided in the ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI user manual.

Thank you.
