ASUS ROG B450-i Gaming Motherboard - Missing AURA LED Controller driver

vfedetz

I am having issues with various RGB software not recognizing an LED strip attached to my ASUS ROG B450-i ARGB header. I think the issue is related to the AURA LED Controller driver missing from my device manager. It should be found under "Universal Serial Bus devices", but this category is not found in Device Manager. I cannot find a driver for "AURA LED Controller" anywhere....

Hello, @vfedetz

Due to the ongoing local holidays in our area, my response time may experience delays.
I apologize for any inconvenience the delayed replies may have caused.

Could you please specify the RGB device you are currently connecting, and have you used an extension cable for the connection?
Is it connected to the motherboard's 4-pin AURA RGB header or the 3-pin Addressable RGB header?

Regarding the BIOS version you provided, there is no release listed on the official website for version 05.00011 on October 20, 2023.
If you haven't already, consider updating to the latest version, 5302, released on November 10, 2023, and clearing CMOS before rechecking again.

Thank you.

Due to the ongoing regional holidays, my responses may be slightly delayed.
Thank you in advance for your patience.‌‌‌‌ 🙂
