ASUS Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE - No Power No Boot

This is my third build with AMD Thredripper PRO 7995WX and this time there is no power and no boot.
The power butoon has red light on the Motherboard and greed light on the reset button. There is no error messages or codes. No power on the Error debug screen too.
All the power cables are plugged correctly as my previous builds. (CPU_12V(1), CPU_12V(2), 24 pin and PCIE_8P(1) cables are plugged correctly.
But when I press the power button there is no power coming the to Motherboard and the CPU fans. And it is the same when i touched to the power pins on the F-Panel too.

What i have done and no change:
- checked the cpu pins and mobo pins. No damage, no any anormal thing.
- changed the psu with a new one.
- changed gpu
- tried only one RAM A1 slot
- cleared CMOS
- changed cpu fans too
- unplug ssd
- removed the cpu and install again
- last of all i tried with TRX50 Mobo and the same (no boot and no power)

My config:
Asus WRX90e Sage SE Motherboard
AMD Threadripper pro 7995wx
Kingston 5600 ECC (It is in the QVL list)
Corsair 170I Elite Capellix
FSP 2000W / Lian Li 1000W
RTX 5090 / GTX 1070

Any suggestions for the problem? I have no idea what is not working.

May I kindly ask if your 7995WX CPU and all other hardware components were newly purchased? Could you please share the part number of the installed RAM?
Based on the situation you described, and considering that the issue persists even after replacing the motherboard with the same model, we would suggest evaluating the possibility of cross-testing with other hardware components, such as a different 7995WX CPU or memory modules.
We also recommend performing a minimal hardware setup test: remove the system from the chassis and install only the CPU, a single RAM module, CPU cooler, and PSU directly onto the motherboard to check whether the issue improves under minimal conditions.
At the same time, please ensure that your system has the latest available BIOS and firmware updates applied.
