Asus Pro HT610T D4-CSM with I7 13700 throttling issues

i just  upgraded to I7 13700 from I3 12100 on this board and noticed it throttles at 65W. is this because the board is limited to  65W max cpu? surely there is some headroom there. if it excepts a 65W cpu surely they realise it wont do turbo speed at 65W. is there a setting in the bios to extend this limit?

May I ask if you are currently experiencing any abnormalities in your usage?
According to the official website, the latest BIOS version for the Pro H610T D4-CSM is 2402, released on May 2, 2023.
It is recommended that you update to the latest version and clear CMOS to see if the CPU still throttles.
