Hello everyone!
I have recently build up 10 high end AMD pc-s for gaming and also have 12 other gaming pc-s with Intel architecture.
At the intel pc-s, cpu and gpu temperature are showing in the Remote monitoring computer using PanCafe Pro but the AMD platform computers are not showing temperature at all!
One of my customers have accidentally upgraded windows os from 10 to 11 to one of the Intel cpu computers and to this computer it is not showing the temperature of cpu and gpu in the remote pc!!
Does any one have any idea what the problem might be?
Am I required to activate any setting in bios or something to be able to show the cpu and gpu temperature in the remote monitoring pc ?
Thanks in advance.

Hello @KMPac
Regarding third-party software, we are unable to verify its compatibility with the motherboard or the source of its parameters.
If you are required to monitor the temperature of the CPU, you can generally check the CPU temperature on the BIOS main page.
In the OS, you can use the Armoury Crate and Fan Xpert 4 feature for further temperature monitoring. However, please note that this software does not support remote monitoring.
For more information, kindly refer to the BIOS user manual and FAQs:
BIOS Manual ( English Edition ) from the TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI support page
[Motherboard] Armoury Crate - Introduction
[Motherboard] Fan Xpert 4 - Introduction
If you require remote monitoring, please consider installing third-party software, smart home devices, or using remote desktop monitoring that suits your specific needs.
Thank you.

Thank you for your reply!
I am not completely new vibe to technology… I already know that option to check cpu and gpu temperature through the bios menu but this is not what i wanted!
As I mentioned above at the Intel architecture computers, this remote monitoring temperature works perfect but not at the AMD architecture computers! I am curious to know why to one of the Intel architecture pc doesn’t work anymore the remote monitoring temperature after accidentally upgraded to Windows 11 Pro!!!?
Regarding to this, I was wondering if it was any option in the bios menu which enable/disable monitoring option or in windows 10 pro which prevents remote access for pulling informations!?

At the Armoury Crate all temp. sensors are working good but not in the remote pc using PanCafe Pro!
