The problem is that when starting the motherboard in 2-channel mode, the motherboard goes into error c5, while when changing the processor, the error goes away, you might think that the error is in the processor, but the processor with which the error c5 goes away starts on another motherboard from the company asrock, I use the same RAM in motherboards and it is in the QVL, I gave the motherboard to the service center, the answer is - the motherboard is in working order, but when installing my processor, the board goes into error c5 and at the same time on the motherboard from asrock everything starts in normal mode.
last photo the service center installed its processor and the motherboard works as it should even with RAM that is not on the list of compatible
and then the question arises, what is easier for me to buy a new motherboard, or a new processor, simply because they do not want to work together, and at the same time I used a large amount of different RAM

Hello @ZIZ
Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing the context and video footage. Sorry for the delayed response and any inconvenience this may have caused.
Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
If you install a single memory module in the DIMM_A2 slot and clear CMOS, are you able to power on and access the BIOS? Meanwhile, could you please try updating to the latest version, 3222, and clearing CMOS before checking again?
Additionally, in order to further verify the details of the repair inspection, which may involve confirming some personal information, I have DM you. Please check your inbox in the top-right corner when convenient.
Thank you.
