Armoury crate Motherboard missing (Rog x570 VIII Dark hero)

My Motherboard isnt showing up  in armoury crate and im not getting any motherboard driver updates please help.

Could you please clarify if this issue occurred after the PC was first built or after using it for some time and occurred following any recent changes, such as a BIOS update or component replacement?
Regarding Armoury Crate, we recommend ensuring that all items listed in the Update Center have been successfully updated. Once the updates are complete, please restart your system and check again to see if the issue persists.
If necessary, you may use the Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool to remove the application and perform a clean reinstallation to eliminate any potential abnormalities. For more details, please refer to the [ASUS Armoury Crate] Armoury Crate FAQ.
In addition to updating drivers via Armoury Crate, you may also refer to the instructions in How to install drivers and utilities through the ASUS Support Site? for alternative methods of driver installation.

so when  i first build my pc all worked perfectly fine ive seen a motherboard driver update in armoury crate ive installed it and right after i installed it my motherbaord light turned off ive restarted my pc to look if they turn on again they didnt ive opened armoury crate and then my motherboard wasnt getting recognized anymore and now my rgb are disabled too because it cant find it as device
