Armoury Crate Issue

Hi since last update of AC iam having a lot of issue. First time asus hall central. Install fail 4152 and 4192. I use the official uninstall tool, try to reinstall and then after that the issue remain and iam having the same issue now with gamesdk service. Try to unintsall again and after that my ram wasnt detect anymore by aura so no more rgb control on it and still same issue with hall and sdk. What the hell is going on ? Everything was working fine and since new version everything is broken. I try to uninstall and reinstall 10 times, clean registry, iam still having those issues. Form my ram i have found a kind of fix with G.SKILL-Trident-Z-Lighting-Control-v1.00.37. When i install it ram appear in aura sync but before i dont need these.

Based on your description, it is possible that the HAL component was not installed correctly. Could you please confirm whether you have tried restarting the system after uninstalling and reinstalling Armoury Crate, then updating the items in the Update Center?
If the problem persists, could you help record and provide the relevant logs for us to verify further? For log operation steps, please refer to "Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)" and ensure that you have confirmed and checked the "Record Log" option before proceeding with the steps to replicate the issue, such as the unsuccessful updating steps. And kindly record a video simultaneously and provide it to us, allowing us to better correlate the log with the actual scenario. After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, and DM me the link.
Meanwhile, please share the requested information below as well.
- the brand and model name of the CPU, DRAM, GPU, and PSU currently installed
- the BIOS, the OS version and OS build
Please help compile the above information and I will forward it to the relevant departments for further investigation.

Hi yes i have oolow the recommandation uninstall tool, clean registry, restart computer. Same probleme again and again.

Could you kindly confirm whether GameSDK Service and ASUS HAL Central are still unable to complete the update?

Regarding your memory modules, could you provide the full part number, such as F5-7600J3646G16GX2-TZ5RK? Additionally, if you uninstall Trident Z Lighting Control, are you still unable to control the RGB lighting through Armoury Crate?
Based on the Important Notes in the Changelog from the Lighting Control Software, we do not recommend installing multiple lighting control software simultaneously, as this may cause potential conflicts related to software installation or settings.

Update:
As of March 12, 2025, a new version of the Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool (2.2.15.0) has been released. We recommend using this version to completely remove Armoury Crate before performing a fresh installation.
This will help ensure that all components are properly uninstalled, allowing for a clean and complete reinstallation of the software.

Hi, my ram is F5-7600J3646G16GX2-TZ5rk I confirm that I cant update hal and game sdk. I have try the new uninstall tool and now service aura update fail too… when I go to aura sync I dont see any device now. Yes gskill software was uninstall. I dont have other software for rgb control. Everything was working perfectly before Armoury update. I have try everything.
