Apex Encore and 14900KS memory stability issues

Hello, I just bought the apex encore because with gaming wifi 2 I had the same issues with ram stability (deep freezes or blue screens and reset). I also switched from trident z5 16GBx2 @7800@36-46-46-125-1.45v to 32GBx2@6400@32-39-39-102-1.40v. The CPU is on the intel default extreme for stability testing and is ok, is also one month older (98 sp). With the first kit on xmp1 or xmp 2 and 7800 is ok for some time but suddenly when entering bettlefield 2042 or battlefield V the whole pc freezes on logo loading and I have to force reset. I saw that with 6600mhz the pc is almost stable but not 100%. So I bought the second kit of 64gb to try with xmp 6400, but I also get freezes and I cannot move the mouse anymore. So now I am testing with memory on default and is stable. Please tell me how can I get the memory stable (64gb) with xmp or manually at a much higher speed - around 6000mhz because 4800 is too low. I am not very good at tunning memory and on this board I know all I did is to modify frequency, voltages (vdd abd vddq)  and timings. thanks you very much for your help!

Hello @alexmanda80

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you confirm that your current motherboard is the ROG MAXIMUS Z790 APEX ENCORE and provide the BIOS version? Is the 14900KS CPU also new?
ASUS verifies the motherboard for optimal stability and compatibility with devices on the Memory QVL. Kindly share the part number of the memory modules for confirmation.

We recommend installing one memory module in DIMM_A1, enabling XMP I, and ensuring stability before adding the second module.

Meanwhile, after clearing CMOS, with no manual settings or power/XMP configurations in BIOS, do you experience any freezes, blue screens, or shutdowns during startup or use?
If issues persist in default BIOS settings, please refer to the link and contact your reseller for further assistance.

Thank you.
