Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B850-I Gaming WiFi, BIOS 1087 (AGESA 1.2.0.3g), Rev 1.xx
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D (stock; PBO/CO disabled)
Memory: Kingston Fury KF560C30BBEK2-64, 2×32 GB, DDR5-6000 CL30 (EXPO), dual-rank
Note: This exact kit appears on the board’s supported/QVL list for DDR5-6000.
GPU: MSI RTX 5080 Inspire 3X, driver 581.42 (no NVIDIA App)
PSU: CORSAIR SF850 (850 W, 80+ Platinum)
Storage / OS: 2× SSDs, Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26100
Battlefield 6 crashes after ~10–30 min with GPU/TDR (driver reset).
Other DX12 games also crash: sometimes only the game, sometimes the entire PC freezes and reboots (no visible error log).
With EXPO off (JEDEC): BF6 and other games are stable for hours (no freezes/crashes).
OCCT Memory / Power / 3D all pass on EXPO, EXPO II, and EXPO Tweaked.
JEDEC / EXPO off: stable for multiple hours in BF6.
EXPO I: BF6 crashes after ~5–15 min (fullscreen tends to hard-crash/reboot; borderless sometimes only the game crashes).
EXPO II: BF6 crashes (GPU/TDR). OCCT passes.
EXPO Tweaked: OCCT passes; BF6 re-test pending.
MemTest64 (Windows): pending (will add result).
GPU at stock, no CPU tuning (PBO/CO disabled).
If you need specific logs (Event Viewer, Reliability Monitor, minidumps, HWiNFO), I can provide them, if you are able to tell me what you need, i'll try my best to provide it. Since the kit is on the QVL and JEDEC is rock-solid, I’d appreciate investigation on the board/BIOS side for EXPO game stability with this configuration.

Got the same problem on a different board. The only solution for me was either to bump the SOC Voltage to 1.25V or to run the RAM on 5600 CL28. So I guess in my case the memory controller of my CPU is very bad.

Thank you for your input, i tried the EXPO tweaked now an set the voltage instead of 1.4 to 1.45. and for now it seems stable. atleast i could play 2 hours of bf6. i will need to do some more memory stress testing, but i dont have that much time to let it run for 6+ hours.
