Hi after installing Realtek Audio Driver v6.3.9600.2389 from Asus armory crate but  Audio amplify level menu is not working, changing through performance, powerful, extreme, no difference but this is working fine in Realtek Audio Driver V6.3.9600.2335

And some times headphones' impedance not detected correctly it would better if they give the option to manually change the impedance

Motherboard - ROG B660f wifi

Realtek Audio Console  1.51.339.0

Hi @Kaden12 for my board (ROG MAXIMUS Z790 DARK HERO) I have the same problem that when using the FRONT PANEL connector for Headphones, the Amplify Level options does not work. This option does work if you use the REAR FRONT SPEAKER OUT (Green Connector). My board comes with 6.3.9600.2368. I also DO NOT see the Equalizer under Sound Effects as that gets hidden for me as well.

You can see my attempt to get help (and still waiting) in my post https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-motherboards/can-asus-support-fix-realtek-audio-drivers-with-bo...

Hello @Kaden12

Could you please confirm your current OS and OS build version, and have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Realtek Audio Driver and Realtek Audio Console?
What are the brand and model of the headphones you've tested, and are they connected through the case audio ports or the rear panel of the motherboard?
Does this issue occur only with specific devices or under certain conditions, such as during gaming, running specific programs, or with particular headphone models?
In addition to ensuring your BIOS and headphone drivers are updated to the latest versions, we recommend trying to disable the Fast Boot feature in BIOS > Boot Configuration and then checking if the issue persists.

Thank you.

Windows 11 23h2 Build 22631.4317

yes i reinstalled  Realtek Audio Driver and Realtek Audio Console

I use front panel and tested with oneodio pro 50, philips SHP9500, razer blackshark v2 but there is no difference in amplify level

Headphones impedance -  No, it just randomly occurs like plugging in headphones but it will fix 2 or 3 times replugging headphones  and windows built-in Generic Realtek USB 2.0 Audio Driver do not have these impedance issues

Hi.

That's right, it doesn't work. I have a B650E-E, I noticed that there was an update for the audio from the page and I downloaded it from there. "Sonic Suite Companion" doesn't work, it doesn't make any changes. I tried the Realtek panel that you tried and it doesn't make any changes either.

Only the update driver is installed, not allowing me to use anything else. To use "Sonic Suite... etc." I had to go back to the previous driver so that everything works normally.

I don't understand why they add updates like this if the add-ons that come to improve the audio and achieve a better experience don't work. I had even thought that it was another problem, that those things had been left behind, but no. It's happened to me with other Asus boards.
