Adding more memory clarification needed please

I currently have a ASUS Pro WS X570-ACE MB running CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model CMK32GX4M2B3200C16. I wanted to order another one of these kits but they do not seem to make them. I am finding the same kit but with this number CMK32GX4M2E3200C16. The main difference is there is a an "E" where there was a "B". Will this kit play nicely with my existing kit? I checked the compatibility chart for this MB at ASUS but cannot fine this number with the "E"

Regarding memory installation, we recommend avoiding the use of different kits of memory, even if they are from the same part number.
For related guidance, you can refer to the "purchasing and installation guide" on the Pro WS X570-ACE Memory / Device Support page.
As the motherboard is an open-platform product, feel free to choose any hardware according to your needs.
And ASUS provides the QVL list to indicate RAM models that have been verified with the motherboard for certified stability and compatibility.
