accessing Two-Way AI Noise Cancelation

Hello, after finally Asus updated the tools bar section, I just installed Two-Way AI Noise Cancelation. I wonder how to access it. I followed the manual, but my motherboard isn't in the devices section. How can I control and setup Ai noise cancellation? thanks
