9800x3D Build Won't Post- Asus Hero 870E Motherboard Issue Maybe?

I finished my new pc build and i'm having an issue where it won't post. At first i thought it was the power supply or motherboard and i replaced both and i still have the same issue. Motherboard side screen and rgb lights of ram come on but nothing else. Fans don't spin and there are no error lights or codes. I made sure i only worked on the PC with anit-static wrist guard. I changed the motherboard, updated the bios, cleared the cmos, tried with no ram, tried with only 2 sticks and all 4 sticks checked all the cables , reseated the cpu 4 times. I'm about to go to a computer shop and see if they can test also . With 9800x3d being out of stock i don't know what they going to do. Any thoughts / ideas would be helpful. i have video Video showing issue here: www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/1il7u4g/9800x3d_build_wont_post_asus_hero_870e/

Hi @donny439

Are you able to take a video? Upload to www.streamable.com

Ensure both the EPS12V and ATX 24-pin connectors are both fully inserted at both the PSU and component end.

Hello @donny439

Sorry for joining the discussion mid-thread.
Although access to the video you previously provided has expired, we noticed that your original post mentioned using both a two- and a four-module memory configuration.
Could you confirm whether all the memory modules were purchased as part of the same kit? Additionally, could you kindly provide the full part number of the memory modules you are using?
We recommend verifying whether the currently installed "G.SKILL Trident Z5 Royal Neo Series 32GB x 2" is listed in the ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO Memory QVL and ensuring that different memory kits are not mixed.
For more information, please refer to [Motherboard] How to query (CPU/memory) QVL List?, as well as the "Purchasing and Installation Guide" on the memory QVL page. These resources provide guidance on selecting and installing memory to ensure compatibility and system stability.

Kindly make sure to install the modules in the recommended DIMM slots as specified in the user manual.

Thank you.

Good Day  Jiaszzz,

Thanks for your reply. I had given up on the Hero motherboard and went out and brought the Asus Tuff motherboard (ASUS - TUF GAMING X870-PLUS WIFI). Everything is working now.  All the memory was the same maker and specification (G.SKILL Trident Z5 Royal Neo Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000 (PC5 48000) Desktop Memory Model F5-6000J2836G16GX2-TR5NS)
