You're good to go with that bios, but you can update to the latest bios for the processor vulnerabilities security if you want.

Hello i was wondering if i bought a b550-f like a week ago if the factory board got support for r7 5700x3d out of the box? or do i need to update bios before booting it up.

You can check the bios version to be sure.

On the motherboard, look for a bar code label. The last four digits is the bios version.

As shown at the ASUS Support Center, you need bios 2803 or later. You can update the bios without a cpu installed using the bios flashback feature.
