Hi,
Intel 13900K
64GB Corsair Dominator 6000HZ
Asus Z690 Extreme Max - had it since 2021 - noticed GPU was not running at 16x - submitted RMA - did not fix it the 1st time so request 2nd RMA and now they saying it is damaged.
So I intially RMA to get my PCI 5.0 slot to run at 16x since it was only recording it at 8x and my M2.1, M2.2. and M2.3 all did not run at the same time. Now they did not update me on anything about what I sent it in for RMA for and saying that I damaged my board around the CPU mounting holes and damage traces on the board. I am trying to escalate it higher since the first RMA stated no damage and now they are saying that it is damage. This is some fraud going on and seriously I thought they got their act together since Gamer Nexus had that issue with Asus over their Ally.
The photo of the supposed PCB damage trace and the photos of my motherboard prior to shipping.
Is there a way to talk to someone that knows whats going on rather a rep?
