Hi, yesterday, while I watching a video, my computer crashed and when I tried turning it back on it would not. After looking at the motherboard, the error "00" appeared every time I turned it on. I tried doing the steps on this support guide to no avail. For the CPU, I also tried reapplying thermal paste.
I am at a lost at this point, is there anything I could do?

Hi, I didn't see your reply when this happened but my father ended up coming to help with the motherboard, and he found out the CPU's pins were bent, so I'll be getting a new one.
Thanks anyways!

Hi @Affadit
If you've already attempted to reseat the CPU, make sure to also inspect the 24-pin ATX and ESP12v connectors.
If no change, remove the system from the chassis and retest. Given the nature of the crash and subsequent Q-Code, I would firstly suspect CPU failure.
