Hi @Joker13 ,

Thank you for contacting ASUS customer support.

Regarding the frequency of pixel refresh on the XG27AQDMG monitor, it is generally not necessary to perform pixel refresh frequently.

Excessive pixel refresh may actually put unnecessary strain on the monitor.

We recommend performing pixel refresh in the following situations:

  1. When you notice obvious dead or stuck pixels on the screen.
  2. If you have not performed pixel refresh for a long time, you can check and perform a refresh periodically.

The pixel refresh operation can usually be found in the monitor's settings menu.

Please refer to the monitor's user manual for detailed instructions.

Thank you.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
