My XG27AQDMG turns it brightness to max and Uniform Brightness to OFF when it wakes up, even if the settings shows otherwise. As soon as I modify anything from the settings, it corrects itself. I'm using the latest firmware MCM 103.
Please let me know how to fix this

Your XG27AQDMG monitor is defaulting to max brightness and turning off the Uniform Brightness setting after waking from standby, even though the settings show otherwise. This could be a firmware issue or a conflict with your display settings. Try performing a factory reset, updating your firmware (check for newer versions), and ensuring your graphics drivers are up to date. If the problem persists, reaching out to customer support might help resolve the issue. As a busy student juggling extracurricular activities, I often struggle to complete my assignments. This

Any news regarding this issue ? I've just received that monitor yesterday, and already on the verge to return it because of issues like this.
I have seen a similar topic for the same issue, and that topic was 5 months old. How long should consumers wait before receiving a proper fix ?
Some people even says that it happen with other Asus monitors as well, so most likely a firmware or hardware issue. Unlikely to be related to Windows or the DP/HDMI cable.
We need a statement about this ASAP.
