XG27ACS Screen Problem

Hello everyone, I have a new XG27ACS monitor. The problem is that when I install the DisplayWidget app, the monitor goes crazy. The image is distorted and the screen flashes constantly. I have a good quality 1.4 DP cable. After uninstalling the app everything is fine. Should I return the monitor?

2. Timing of the Issue: Is this the first time you have installed and used the software and encountered this problem, or have you used it normally before?
3. Does the problem occur when you install the software and try to open it, or does the screen become abnormal after installation without any operation
4. Video Recording: To better understand the problem, please record a video of the screen abnormality and provide it to us in MP4 format.
5. Signal Cable Test: Please try replacing the signal cable to see if the problem can be solved.
6. Driver Update: Please ensure that your display driver and graphics card driver are updated to the latest version.

Hello, first of all thank you for your answer.

1-Yes, I downloaded it from its official page.

2-I installed the software 3 times and each time the same thing happened. Each time I had to go back in time with a System Restore point.

3-When I install the software, it automatically opens and the problem begins. The image is distorted and the screen flashes constantly. When I restart it, the screen does not come on at all after the BIOS screen.

5-I tried with 2 different 1.4 DP cables.

6-Everything on my system is up to date including the BIOS.

7-I did it many times but same.
