Warranty update rejection

Hi, i have purchased XG32VC on 31 march  2024, on registration it system said 11 months of warranty remaining , i already uploaded the invoice and serial number pictures but everytime they are rejecting with the reason: please contact point of purchase, the vendor said it it brand’s responsibility for the warranty, what am i supposed to do .
