Regarding your issue, we would like to confirm the following points:
- Try replacing the cable to ensure the cable specifications meet the requirements of both the monitor and the main unit.
- Make sure the monitor's refresh rate/resolution settings match the output frame rate of the main unit.
- If you have HDR enabled, try disabling HDR to see if it resolves the issue.
- Since the issue disappears when connected to a PC, the problem may lie with the main unit or the HDMI cable. We recommend ensuring that all drivers on the main unit are updated to the latest version.
