Update firmware fail PG27UCDM

Hi, I just received my asus PG27UCDM, but I can't update the firmware, I tried everything, method with the FAT 32 stick, method with the cable via sw.
in both cases it fails, in the first case it doesn't find the file, in the second case it doesn't detect the monitor.
