Unusual USB 3.0 ports on the ROG Swift OLED PG48UQ monitor

Hi. I bought ROG Aura Monitor Light Bar ALB01 a few days ago. I connected the lamp to the USB 3.0 port of the ROG Swift OLED PG48UQ. ROG Spotlight is connected to the second USB 3.0 port.
Now I have a problem that didn't bother me before, that when I turn off my computer, both ROG Spotlight and ROG Light Bar turn on and off every few seconds.
Why is the power turned off at the USB 3 ports (those located at the top of the monitor) for a few seconds each time? Additionally,
the ROG Eye camera previously connected in place of the ROG Light Bar was detected by Windows 11 but did not display the image.
The same camera connected to another USB computer works great. The monitor's USB HUB is connected via a USB 3 cable directly to the computer's USB 3 port. Currently firmware V031, on the previous V029 it was exactly the same.

Regards Joseph
