Hi @oguzakauykusuz ,
Thank you for contacting ASUS support.
We understand that you are experiencing white lines on your monitor. To better assist you, we recommend trying the following steps:
- Check connections: Please ensure that the monitor power cable and signal cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) are securely connected. You can try unplugging and plugging them in a few times, or try replacing the signal cable with a new one.
- Update or reinstall the display driver: Please visit the graphics card manufacturer's website to download and install the latest display driver. If you have already installed the latest version, we recommend that you try reinstalling it.
- Adjust monitor settings: Enter the monitor's OSD menu (usually by pressing a button on the monitor) and try adjusting the brightness, contrast, color, and other settings. If the problem persists, we recommend that you reset the monitor to its factory settings.
- Check computer display settings: In your computer's display settings, make sure the resolution and refresh rate are set correctly. You can try adjusting these settings to see if it helps.
- Eliminate interference from other devices: Temporarily remove other devices connected to your computer, such as USB devices, external hard drives, etc., to see if it affects the occurrence of the problem.
Thank you.
