Test Different Refresh Rates

  • Go to Settings > System > Display > Advanced display settings in Windows and try lowering the refresh rate. Some monitors display artifacts when running at higher refresh rates, especially if the cable isn’t high-quality.
  • Try setting the refresh rate to 60Hz or another supported value to see if the lines disappear.

2. Update Monitor and Graphics Drivers

  • Monitor Firmware: Visit the ASUS support website and check if there is a firmware update available for your monitor. Firmware updates can resolve specific display issues.
  • Graphics Drivers: Make sure you’re running the latest GPU drivers by updating through the NVIDIA or AMD website, depending on your GPU.

Hi @oguzakauykusuz ,

Thank you for contacting ASUS support.

We understand that you are experiencing white lines on your monitor. To better assist you, we recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Check connections: Please ensure that the monitor power cable and signal cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) are securely connected. You can try unplugging and plugging them in a few times, or try replacing the signal cable with a new one.
  2. Update or reinstall the display driver: Please visit the graphics card manufacturer's website to download and install the latest display driver. If you have already installed the latest version, we recommend that you try reinstalling it.
  3. Adjust monitor settings: Enter the monitor's OSD menu (usually by pressing a button on the monitor) and try adjusting the brightness, contrast, color, and other settings. If the problem persists, we recommend that you reset the monitor to its factory settings.
  4. Check computer display settings: In your computer's display settings, make sure the resolution and refresh rate are set correctly. You can try adjusting these settings to see if it helps.
  5. Eliminate interference from other devices: Temporarily remove other devices connected to your computer, such as USB devices, external hard drives, etc., to see if it affects the occurrence of the problem.

Thank you.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
