Tech support--when will you fix pg32ucdm black screen issue?

See very popular threads on this forum. For me, tried changing cables, video card, computer, operating system, screen settings. I get an intermittent few seconds of black screen every 5 to 20 minutes. Tech support site will not accept the number on the back of my monitor as a serial number. I'm on firmware 105, I think. Please help!

You're not alone here many of us reported many issues but you know what they are refusing to give a proper resolution also they're good at providing wrong information & false hopes. ASUS doesn't care about us they only care about new customers. According to them UCDM is pretty old model in reality it's not even a year old. They completely stopped software support for UCDM it seems.  Last firmware was 7 months ago. IDK what stopping them from releasing updates, but one thing is for sure, ASUS heavily paid all youtubers to recommend this model but in other side even ASUS is trying to ditch UCDM & promoting UCDP model to boost up sales. We are the real clowns 🤡🤡 here.

Any help from support? On a different ticket, I was told to go to a authorized repair shop. What is that? There are no walk in shops in my area. How does that process get started? How do I proceed when the site will not take the serial number?
