Hi everyone. I am having issues with my Zephyrus G14 (2023). Whenever I connect the AC adapter, the screen goes black for 2 seconds and then comes back on again. Recently, after coming back on, sometimes the whole screen color dilutes and I have to turn the monitor off and on again to fix it. It has become very annoying. I purchased the laptop back in July of this year brand new from Best Buy in San Antonio, Tx, but unfortunately, I live in Mexico, so taking it to them is not an option for me right now, so I thought I would try my luck here.
This has happened since I connected it the first time, so at the time I thought maybe it was normal for this laptop, but doing some research I realize that its not.
