Check in the Nvidia Control Panel under Setup G-Sync that G-Sync is enabled, be sure to click apply.

I'm using the ROG Swift PG27AQDM and haven't updated to 566.36 yet, let me do that and see if I still have the G-Sync option.

I'm currently on the previous driver, 566.14.

Be right back with my results of the driver update.

Edit: G-Sync option is there.

i dont know? mine is gone. ill have to contact nvidia

Check you have G-Sync turned on in the monitor OSD.

Open the monitor OSD, Gaming, Adaptive-Sync,  make sure the box is checked for "On (G-Sync Compatible)".

that was it. never knew it could be turned off or it was off from the start. thanks for the help
