When the monitor is set to 540Hz 2K resolution and I leave the DP 2.1 20G (UHBR20) mode selected as the default in the OSD menu, I occasionally get black screens that appear and disappear intermittently. The computer remains stable throughout. However, if I select the DP 2.1 13.5G (UHBR13.5) or HDMI 2.1 module in the OSD menu, these black screens do not occur. I have tested this for several hours. I am using the DP 2.1 80Gbps cable that came with the monitor. Does anyone have any ideas?
Does the support team check this forum and might be able to offer a solution?
