Hi all,

i got it since monday and i'm  loving it so far. The problem is that i cant choose 240hz, 180 hz is the highest i can pick, and i also installed the display widgetcenter, my screen doesn't show up there, any idea how i can fix this ? I also saw a driver on the website for the monitor, how can i update the firmware ? Sorry for the stupid question, never done that before.

Hi @DiGi_- ,

based on your issue, may I inquire whether you're using HDMI or DisplayPort?

MayI ask whether your resolution rate set to 3440*1440?

Kindly refer the following Supported Timing List  below:

Thank you.

I'm currenly using HDMI and my resolution is set to 3440x1440  179,98Hz.

If i lower my resolution it shows me 240Hz.

I have the same issue about HDMI and 240hz that I posted in another thread.

Funny the manual that was posted clearly states 240hz at 3440x1440 over HDMI and DP.

yeah it's pretty stupid ... but i changed it to displayport and now it works perfect.
