Hey so I'm trying to learn the different settings of this monitor that I bought - the Asus ROG PG32UCDM.
As far as I know when switching to HDR most of the settings become unavailable to modify.
(I use the Gaming HDR profile and have the 105 firmware version installed)
You can't modify the Colors tab, nor the Contrast, the settings you have while in Windows are identical to the settings you have while playing a game, as long as the HDR setting in Windows 11 is activated, right?
Doesn't matter if the game is native HDR or non-native HDR using RTX HDR or Auto HDR?
Is this correct or do some settings become available when you open games?

Hi @pika112 ,
Thank you for your question.
Regarding your PG32UCDM monitor, the adjustable HDR feature is not currently supported.
We understand the importance of HDR functionality for enhancing gaming experiences, and the team is currently working on it.
Regarding Windows HDR settings, they primarily affect the desktop and non-fullscreen applications. While Windows provides some basic HDR adjustment options, the range is relatively limited.
In games, the game's own HDR settings usually take precedence over system-level settings. Games typically provide more detailed HDR adjustment options, allowing you to make more fine-tuned adjustments for different gaming scenarios.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

👴YEAR 2050 - "We are still working on it firmware is getting ready wait for some decades surely, you'll receive it🤡🤡.
@pika112 Don't waste your time waiting for support from crappy brand like this. If possible, try for RMA get out of this ****** for your own benefit. MSI, DELL, GIGABYTE has better service & support. If you want proof just go through PG32UCDM forums many of them reported many issues but only response, you'll get is " we are working on it" 🤡

I meant if the panel settings I set in Windows (for example Brightness 80, I can change this settings on the PG32UCDM while in HDR) will be exactly the same if I launch a game (while gaming if I go into the panel settings the Brightness will still be at 80).
When I start playing a game, be it native HDR or using Win 11 HDR / RTX HDR, will the same options be available in the monitor's setting? Or new ones will become available compared to what I have while I'm in Windows?
Internal panel settings -> the ones that appear when I press the button at the back of the monitor.
