Something is going very wrong when enabling HDR mode in windows. The colors turn weird with some oversaturation/banding. I've tried doing HDR calibration in windows but even that behavies weird, the sliders dont just make the image brighter/darker but cycle through many dark/bright/dark/bright stages.
I've seen other people report that issue and that firmware update 'worked' but I dont know where they are getting the update firmware from?

Hi @captain_andrey
Are you talking about desktop use, or have you tried to view actual HDR content? Naturally, viewing SDR content in HDR is going to appear washed out and unnatural.
For desktop you can quickly switch between SDR and HDR depending on your content using Win + Alt + B.

No its not that, I know what washed out SDR content looks like, its quite the opposite, its like someone turned saturation to 1000% and converted image to 4 bit color at the same time, huge banding and oversaturated colors. I will link a video one sec.

Hi @captain_andrey ,
could you please provide a screenshot of the abnormal display when HDR is enabled for our reference?
Has this issue been occurring since you received the product?
Also, may I know what is your current firmware version?
Thank you for your assistance.

So I have played with a few more settings and I found out that setting the brightness to 100% on the monitor fixes the problem. But as soon as you set the brightness to anything less it comes back. I made a video.
