After updating the firmware from MCM 105 to MCM 103, the serial number is displayed incorrectly. I need help here.

1. Firmware downgrade confirmation: Did the problem occur after you downgraded the display firmware?
2. Firmware upgrade test: If so, please try updating the display firmware to the latest version again and confirm whether the problem still exists.
3. Power cycle test: After the firmware update is complete, please power cycle the display and confirm again whether the problem is resolved.

After reinstall the ASUS_DisplayWidget_Center where the serial number is is now an empty field

Hey @Aureliannn_ROG looks like MCM105 was removed from the official site recently. Are there issues with the firmware? Should I downgrade?

Also, I'm still having the issues I highlighted in this post on MCM105. Is there an ETA on the fix?

MCM104 has also been removed from the official us/can websites. 
Should we rollback to version 103 ? Is that downgrade supported by the monitor ?

Genau das gleiche Problem mit MCM105, nach Downgrade auf MCM 103 keine Änderung. Seit MCM105 ständiges  "Unbekanntes USB Gerät".

Is Asus testing their firmware???
After updating the new firmware for the MCM 106 with and without a USB stick, the serial number is still missing and the error message USB port is missing.
I also reset the monitor manually and completely disconnected from the power supply.
The error message No Serial Nummer is displayed and the USB port error is still there.
According to the firmware, the error message should be Fixed the issue where the model serial number cannot be displayed in the DisplayWidget Center.
