PG32UCDP dual monitor doesnt work at 240hz

Hello,

I  would like to know how to set up both of my monitors to work at 240hz.

Currently only the main monitor is at 4k 240hz while the second one is at 4k 120hz. When I try to switch the second monitor to 240hz it just turns off.

Both monitors are connected via Displayport to RTX 4090

  1. Function confirmation: Have you enabled ELMB (Extreme Low Motion Blur) or variable refresh rate functions? Please temporarily turn off these functions and confirm whether the problem still exists.
  2. DSC test: Please try turning DSC (Display Stream Compression) on or off and confirm whether the problem can be resolved.
  3. Factory reset test: Please try restoring the display to factory settings and confirm again whether the problem still exists.
  4. Cable cross-test: Please try using different connecting cables for cross-testing to confirm whether the problem lies with the cables.
  5. Graphics card driver update: Please confirm that your graphics card driver has been updated to the latest version.
  6. Resolution adjustment test: Please try adjusting the display's resolution and confirm whether the problem still exists.
