Hi Support,
Here is my last chance in order to change something.
I purchased the PG32UCDM OLED monitor on 7 July 2024. From the beginning I had an issue with the black screen, as all other people did. I also reported in the same thread created, but nothing. Ok, ok, this is not so critical, the black screen. I have an even more critical issue with the screen.
After a few months, the screen started to show weird dots (will call them white dots). With time, they were getting bigger, and some of them looked like some layers of the OLED screen were burned or damaged and falling down. Please check the screenshots.
The seller did not want to accept the monitor back and told me to go to Asus Support. I am located in Cyprus; here we do not have any Asus Support Center. So they redirected me to the Greece Support Center.
We discussed it for several months last year, and they were ready to take the monitor, but I did not have a replacement. It took me some time to buy a new monitor to have a replacement. Now I wrote to them back in the same email with the issue happening. Of course, now the damage is more critical because the damage over time is getting worse. Now the support refuses to do anything; they are fully ignoring everything I say, and what I get back as a response is an END USER DAMAGE and the conversation is getting closed.
In one email telling me this is dirty, clean your screen, and after, please change background image colors on different ones; really, they are joking with me. I paid 1,957.58 EUR for this monitor and now also have several months with Greece Support, and I am receiving back emails that say "USER END DAMAGE", and you are not eligible for anything.
Here is my last chance to try to change something. Please help me. I lost my money. I lost a lot of time with that Greece Support. Once they were ready to take the screen, now they blame end-user damage, dust, and changing background colors. Really, they are joking about me. Please find attached the current state of the monitor, what I mean.
I can explain what is going on like this: over the screen appear those weird small dots; with time they get bigger, and once they are getting bigger, it looks like some layer of the screen is damaged, like burning or drying, and you can see it falling down. Please help me. I do not blame anything for the black screen I have; I do not care anymore about this black screen. Now I care about what is happening with the OLED itself getting damaged over time.
Thanking you in advance, and hopefully here you can help to change something, because if ASUS Support ignores me and does not want to replace the item and blames the end user damage, how can I continue to buy ROG products that are so expensive, because when I face an issue, I get ignored.
Thanks, will wait for any reply. Please, everyone, vote so the support can see the ticket.
