PG32UCDM pixel cleaning question

The monitor reminds me to clean the pixels every 4 hours, but during the process I discovered that it is much more convenient to do this by situationally leaving the PC without a clear frequency. Is there any harm in starting pixel cleaning manually and more often than the monitor asks for it?

I don't think there is any. I reach this conclussion after seeing how the monitor refuses to engage in a cleaning process if there's been a recent failed attempt. 
Much like you I also find the best way to manage pixel cleaning is situationally, like if I have to stop using it to do some chore around the house and it's been "long-ish" since the last, I'll activate it but with a personal touch that automates the process so windows setting the display to sleep after 5 minutes of idling won't make the cleaning fail.
I'd also like to ask about the supposed automatic cleaning while the monitor is off:
- what's the time offset if any 
- does it signal it failed somehow if you suddenly turn it on while it's doing it?
- does the power indicator blink 4 times when starting and ending a cleaning like when it's done manually?

Most importantly, I can't figure out how often I can do pixel cleaning. Is it harmful to do it too often? Do I need to maintain intervals? In principle, it’s not at all difficult for me to run pixel cleaning every time I leave the PC, but it’s not clear whether this is good for the panel and no one can answer.

You can run it manually but no need to do so excessively. The reminder will kick every 8 hours unless set to lower intervals.

As a consensus "every so often", but stick to the interval time for prolonged use. If you don't tend to use the panel for extended periods there's no reason for concern.

It turns out that pixel cleaning still shortens the life of the panel and we should try not to run it more often than necessary? This, of course, creates additional troubles. It would be much easier to launch without focusing on intervals.

By default, the reminder interval is set to 4 hours, there is an option to set it to 2 hours. It’s strange, of course, that the manufacturer includes a setting that harms the panel. It’s a pity that there is almost no information about this technology on the Internet, I would like to understand.
