With the new firmware we got the "Oled Care" and the ability to check the "pixel clean interval" to check how long the pixel cleaning was activated.
It was working fine and even when you turned the monitor off it was resetting and going to 0 h. But now it stopped working and it's not resetting anymore.
Even forcing the Pixel Cleaning it stop working. I tried to reset the monitor, it worked once and now it stopped working again.
After forcing the Pixel Cleaning at least 3 times it finally reset.
Does anybody have this issue yet?
Thanks.

Hi,
1. Actually it’s the opposite. It didn’t reset or go to “0”.
2. My understanding is that after applying the “pixel cleaning” , the “Pixel Clean Interval” would reset or go to “0”. Is that correct?
3. I don't know if it's worth making a video because you have to wait about 6 minutes for the pixel cleaning process to finish.
Does the monitor do the pixel cleaning automatically after we turn it off or only manually?
Thanks.

I contacted Asus support today and they will check the information about the Pixel Clean Interval.
They sent me a link: https://www.asus.com/us/support/faq/1053180/
[LCD Monitor] ROG OLED Gaming Monitor Pixel cleaning process.
There are three main methods for pixel cleaning:
1.Manual cleaning: Through the OSD, perform the following operations: System Setup -> Pixel Cleaning -> Pixel Cleaning -> ON.
During the cleaning process, the screen will display a completely black image, and the indicator light will flash yellow continuously. Once the cleaning is completed, the screen will automatically light up, and the indicator light will turn solid red.
2.Automatic cleaning in standby mode: When the power indicator light is on, after entering standby mode for five minutes, the ROG Logo will flash five times and then start the pixel cleaning process, which lasts about 5-6 minutes. Upon completion, the ROG Logo will flash five times again.
3.Manually turning off the display without cutting off the power: In this state, pixel cleaning will still be executed, but there will be no display or indicator lights.
ASUS recommends that users perform pixel cleaning regularly to ensure that the OLED display maintains optimal condition.
It says that the Pixel Cleaning will be executed after we turn the monitor off.
So I don't understand this Pixel Cleaning Interval. I hope Asus support figures it out because right now it has 19h and I'm doing the Pixel Cleaning regularly.

I have the latest firmware a couple of days back MCM108, came from MCM105.
I noticed i did not had a single Pixel Shift message since these couple of days.
Normaly on 105 i got those while gaming and then performing a Pixel Shift.
The interval counter was on 7 hours today, i played for around 3 hours, still no message for a pixel shift.
I just did one manual and the counter says 0 now.
Is this normal? Is this monitor Pixel Shifting while i have the monitor off on MCM108? Or what.
If so, i would rather go back to 105 so i can see the message and perform it manual.
So when the counter is on lets say 1 hour, and i game for 7 hours that means no pixel shift at this moment until i quit and shut the monitor off. And is 992 pixel shifts not alot?
