Hello,
I have issues with the PG32UCDM when using the Netflix app from MS store (UHD 4K)
Any show with subtitle will make the screen flicker white. Removing subtitle does fix the issue but they are plenty of shows and movies that have forced subtitle and the issues will come back regardless of having subtitle active or not. (Full screen only 49Hz)
- Disabling G sync from the NVIDIA panel is the only solution that will resolve the issue on this matter.
Having to disable G sync every time just to watch something is unpractical for a 2024 QD-OLED Flagship
I have tried to disable G sync specifically on the Netflix app or Edge via the NVIDIA panel but they are all grey out
(Monitor Technology : Greyed out)
I have notice when the mouse moves Netflix will run at 240hz but when you stop moving the mouse and the Netflix app goes fullscreen it get stuck at 49hz and will not back to 240hz.
When it is running at 49Hz. White flickers are all over the place
IMO this is screaming VRR issues. But is it defective?
What do we do?

Hello @Aureliannn_ROG
I have updated today the NVIDIA drivers from 561.09 to 565.90
The issue has been SOLVED by updating the NVIDIA drivers.
- No more flickers in Full screen
- Frames stays at 240Hz with or without subtitle in Fullscreen
- Frames does not bounce from 49 to 240Hz : Fixed at 240Hz in Fullscreen
I don't know if this got escalated or not. But regardless, I appreciate the ASUS team to had reach out to me.
Thank you kindly

49Hz when Netflix goes fullscreen
240Hz when moving mouse while fullscreen
after mouse settle
Netflix goes back to 49Hz
How do we fix this?
At this moment I'm just downloading torrents of every show I want to watch on Netflix.
This issue is forcing me to break copyright laws.
