I'm having the same issue. I'm on the latest firmware (108).
I have a laptop connected to the monitor with USB-C, and the PC through HDMI. A Bluetooth keyboard and mouse receiver is connected to one of the monitor's USB ports. The issue is that when I try the hotkey (CTRL+ALT+Q) the keyboard and mouse control switches to the laptop, but the monitor still shows the PC display.
I raised a case with support, and surprisingly they offered to replace my monitor.
It's not a major issue as I can just switch using the input control on the OSD (it's pretty quick to do this), so I'd rather not go through the hassle of a replacement, and I suspect I'll have the same issue with the new monitor.
Anyone else have the same issue or a fix?
I do sometimes have issues with an apparent stuck Alt key when I switch, so clicking on a hyperlink might download a file. But it looks like I can resolve down by pressing on the Alt key to 'unstick' it.

Hi @gandreou ,
regarding the issue you're experiencing, could you please provide information on how all your devices are currently connected and what type of cables you are using? Does this issue only occur on firmware version 108? Please help us confirm this. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please note: This function is only available when your USB upstream port is connected and keyboard is connected to monitor’s USB downstream port.

Hi, I'm using the cables supplied with the monitor. I tried both HDMI and DP from my PC to the monitor. Supplied USB C cable from the laptop to the monitor. I have a single Bluetooth receiver for the keyboard and mouse in the monitor port. Everything is as showing in the diagram in the user manual.
I can use the input selector in the ODS to switch between the PC (HDMI) and laptop (USB C) with no issues. Everything works fine. So the ability in the monitor is there to switch keyboard, video and mouse across the two devices, but for some reason, the KVM hokey does not switch the display as the input selector does.
I wasn't able to test this before I updated my firmware to the latest version unfortunately.
