PG32UCDM - Flickering Black Screen When changing past 60 HZ

Hello, 

I just received this product and when trying to switch to anything above 60 HZ or Activating the HDR. The screen will flicker and tunr off and on. Sometimes instantly others in a few seconds or when i try to do anything on the monitor. 

Any suggestions would be great.

It looks like cable issue. Or recheck on another pc, it may be video adapter issue as well.

This is a known problem with the PG32UCDM.

Given that there can be various reasons for a black screen, to ensure an accurate diagnosis and thorough resolution, we suggest you send the monitor in for repair for a professional inspection.
