PG32UCDM Firmware One Key Update Not Starting

I'm on windows 11

I have the monitor connected to my pc with the usb b cable

The installer just does nothing. I had also done this previously months ago and it worked back then. I have tried unplugging other usb to no avail

If the update fails or the tool doesn't detect the monitor:
1. Re-connect the USB B-A cable and make sure it is securely connected to both the monitor and computer.
2. Click “Retry”
