Hi everybody,
After updating PG32UCDM firmware to MCM102, my monitor disable 2 burnin protections every time my computer go to extended standby -> https://youtu.be/6AE82sD3d90
And every time I switch between HDH 1000 nits modes and True Black -> https://youtu.be/fGss0n1Tsc4
Apparently this problem also occurs when changing the VRR or turning off the screen
I tried a reset but problem still these. I'm not the only one with this bug but some users don't have this issue
I don't know if this is the best place to report this problem but I hope this can reach Asus devs to get a fix
Thanks

Hello, I have the same problem, both screen protection settings are always switched off as soon as I switch the monitor off using the on/off button and then switch it on again.

I know at least one other person who has the same problem. Personally, I went back to the previous firmware (MCM101) because the protections against burnin are more important for me than HDR at 1000 nits

I also have the same issue.
It worth mentioning that it broke Displaywidget functionality, when you choose to toggle Screensaver or logo brightness it somehow launches pixel cleaning

I haven't tested the widget since the update but given what you say I will avoid it. This update was really poorly tested

I have the same issue, it also happens when you enable HDR from Windows so the monitor mode changes to HDR and the screen protection is disabled.

@Silent_Scone @Aureliannn_ROG , Screen Protection features turn off whenever the monitor goes to sleep or switches display modes after firmware update mcm102.

Thanks, I've seen the posts already and it's been flagged.
