Hello,
I would like to request a feature improvement for the PG32UCDM monitor.
Currently, the proximity sensor interferes with the pixel cleaning process. If the proximity sensor is enabled and the user steps away during pixel cleaning, the monitor interprets this as absence and interrupts the process. This causes the cleaning to fail and results in the error message:
"Pixel Cleaning is unsuccessful. Please restart it manually after 60 minutes."
A possible solution would be to have the proximity sensor automatically and temporarily disabled whenever a pixel cleaning operation is running. Once the cleaning is complete, the sensor could be re-enabled. This would ensure pixel cleaning runs successfully without requiring repeated manual retries.
For reference, my firmware version is MCM108.
Thank you.
