PG32UCDM Console Mode HDR issue

FallenDeity

My and other's PG32UCDM monitors have a clipping issue on PC when using the console HDR mode in Windows 11. Currently, the monitor clips at 450 nits in the Maximum Luminance window but it clips correctly in the Max Full Frame Luminance window. Is there a firmware update in the works for this or is this an RMA issue?

Yes, brightness is improved. But I can't say that it is balanced enough in this beta. Sometimes, very bright objects will be overbrightened and have fewer details. But it may be not the case for everybody

Intel i7-13700K / Kingston DDR5 32GB 6000Mhz / ASUS TUF Z790 / PALIT RTX 4090

Would you be able to send me the 104 beta firmware?

Thank you

So, is there any news on when FW 104, Dolby Vision, etc is going to drop?

Hi all,

After requesting an update, you can expect a firmware to drop sometime in the next 3 to 4 weeks. This update will also contain Dolby Vision support

13900KS / 8000 CAS36 / ROG APEX Z790 / ROG TUF RTX 4090

Great news. Thanks.

Thx for the reply... great news.

Would it be possible to get a Beta of the firmware? To give some moore additional feedback and moore testing before an official release?

That’s great news. Cheers.
