PG32UCDM - can't install MCM 105 Firmware

Hello,
I got my PG32UCDM about a week ago and since then I have kept trying to upgrade the firmware from MCM103 to 105, but every time I run the extracted  "PG32UCDM FW update MCM105.exe" file I get the loading wheel on the mouse cursor for a few seconds and nothing else. I've tried running the executable from the zip archive, as administrator, using safe mode, etc, still can't make it work. Is there any other way to upgrade the firmware besides running the executable?

Using this on Windows 11, up to date, I use the monitor with the provided USB 3.0 cable in a USB3.0 port and I see the monitor in the "Display Widget Center" app, Aura Sync works fine with it, not other issues. Thank you!

I was able to install the update out of nowhere, and that's because the "PG32UCDM FW update MCM105.exe" loaded the installer interface after some time (maybe a few minutes)—which didn't happen before. Something else I tried that didn't work immediately was using a different UBS port on the PC motherboard.  Anyway, now I have the latest FW version installer - Admins can delete this post, if isn't helpful for anyone!

How many times did it fail for you? I'm still in the either doesn't recognize monitor or update scaler firmware fail mode

It worked a few days after my first try—maybe less than 10 times I tried. But it worked after I changed the USB cable from a PCIe USB card to a USB Plug on the Montherboard, which probably was the reason it worked. So you can try a few different USB ports, and also you can try updating monitor drivers in Windows / Device Manager.  Hope you'll be able to fix it soon.
